Drop-ship is common among the Electronics retailing business. Drop-ship means a reseller instruct their wholesale counterpart, which may be located in a duty free zone, to ship out orders according to the reseller and delivering directly to their customers in a as and when basis. The reseller does not actually take the job of stocking, packaging and shipping.
Wholesale on the other hand means buying products in bulks and get a discount from it, then retailing it one at a time to make a profit. This is the conventional way of retail business.
With the internet kicking in around the world, drop-shipping does make sense after all. We do not include eebuys.com publicity materials / invoices etc when we send drop ship goods, so it protects your reputation as a seller. They will not know the source of your goods, and they will not know the price you that you paid for it.
If your customer has technical support issues, or wants to return a product, they will have to discuss this with you first because it’s your account with eebuys.com
Please note that if there are import taxes to pay, you will have to pay this when you receive the goods from the courier. So if you’re drop-shipping, your customers may ‘unexpectedly” have to pay ‘extra charges’.

If you are drop-shipping, any product returns (and all the communications) will have to be handled through you, because you are eebuys.com’s customer. In fact it is probably in your interests for the customer not to know about eebuys.com and deal directly with you, for reasons of safeguarding your business.
In practice, it is possible for you to discuss any return issue with us, and provide our return code and address to your customer. Then they can post a faulty item back to us in China and we can ship the replacement directly to them, without you having to handle any products. Obviously this is the most suitable solution when your customers are in different countries.
In terms of customer support and technical support for devices, the responsibility rests with the vendor, i.e. You if you are drop-shipping. We will of course provide as much help to you as we can, and with technical questions it may simply be a matter of relaying our information to your customers.
