30 Days Money Back Warranty
(1) If our product doesn’t work, DOA, damaged, wrong item, you can send it back to us in 30 days after you receive it for full refund, in this case, we will refund the regular economic shipping fees. (Do Remeber to contact us before shipping back.)
(2) If the product works but you don’t like it, you can send it back for refund. In this case we will issue full refund if we receive the item in original condition, but we don’t refund the shipping fee.
Three Months Exchange Warranty
If the product doesn’t work, you can send it back to us in three months for exchange, buyer should pay the shipping fee for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fee for resending it to buyer.
One Year Manufacture Warranty
Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, buyer should pay the return & resending shipping fees.
Return Fees
No matter for any reason, buyers should pay the shipping fees in advance to return the unsatisfied goods and No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products back first. After we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange according to our policies immediately. Shipping cost will be refunded also if the conditions are all met.
Return Notice
(1) Please write a note with your order number or Paypal payment number so that we can find the order details. Thanks.
(2) If buyer send defective items which are purchased from other sellers, we refused to do any after sales service and will charge handling fee and shipping fee in order to send these items back to you.
(3) Please do not use Expedited Shipping Service like USP, DHL, FedEx, which increase costs greatly.
(4) Please do remember to declare it low value, no more than $15 to avoid Customs trouble.
(5) There will be import tax if you use expedited shipping service or declare it high value. We will deduct corresponding money if not complying with the return instructions.
(6) eebuys.com bears the loss if the package is lost during transit only if you’ve sent it back following our instructions.

If you want return the product, you need to contact us for the return instruction. Because we need to make sure of the problem before return. You can email us at our customer support email:[email protected]. Do write the order no and the detailed problem.
If we accept you return item, please DO write a note in English with your order number or payment ID so that we can find the order details.
